The 2009 Chili Cook-off was a total success. And it was fun. Thank you for coming. Just a word about our contest. Talking with the Culinary experts after they tasted and judged the Cook-Off, and after tasting the chili's myself, the discussion was about the talent that enters at our event. Every entry was absolutely delicious. The judges told me they had to define the proper categories of chili in order to come to their decisions. If judged on flavor alone, they would have been at an impasse. There has to be a winner but I could not pick one. I had a great time tasting and had much to say about each entrant. I was leaning towards the bourbon flavored but that was not fair to the others. To both entrants and tasters alike, thank you and take a bow. 2009 Chili Cook-Off Results
